Registration Form Instructions:

Individual Forms Required: Each child must have a separate registration form and fee.
No Multiple Registrations: You cannot register more than one child on the same form.
Additional Children: For each additional child, you are required to fill out a separate registration form and pay the corresponding fee.
Processing Hold: If a form contains multiple children, the registration will be placed on hold until individual forms for each child are completed.
Follow-up: You will be contacted to complete the additional forms and fees necessary for registration.
