Registration Form Instructions: Thank you for registering for our upcoming dance season 2025-2026! This form reserves your child’s spot in the selected class(es). Please read and follow the instructions below carefully to ensure your registration is complete.

1. Class Placement

As we enter our third full-year program, we ask that parents register their child for the same class they were enrolled in this past season.

• Teachers will notify parents directly if their child is eligible for class advancement, either by age or technique progression.

• Please do not switch classes unless you have been advised to do so by an instructor.

2. Registering Multiple Children

• You may register more than one child on a single form under the same parent/guardian name.

• Be sure to fill out all sections completely for each child being registered.

3. Registration Fee

• The registration fee is $100.00 per child.

• You must select the appropriate payment option for each child within the form.

• If the payment is not selected or paid correctly, you will be invoiced, and your child’s spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.

4. Final Step: Payment

• Once your registration form is submitted, you must complete payment immediately to secure your child’s placement.

• Unpaid registrations will not be held.
