Get to Know Us

Dance With Me Productions is a dance program that began, in the summer of 2001. The program began as a 12 week summer intensive program, which focused on Ballet, Modern, Tap, Jazz, and African dance, ending in a culminating recital.

 

Today, our program offers a full-year dance curriculum running from September to June, culminating in our annual recital in June. Throughout the school year, Dance With Me Productions also performs at select venues, showcasing a variety of dance styles and techniques. Join us for a comprehensive dance education and exciting performance opportunities!

FaChica Austin-Alderson

Values | Passion | Dedication

FaChica Mone Austin-Alderson began her dance training at an early age with Muntu African Dance Theatre. She has studied at various schools throughout the Chicago area, including the Joel Hall Dance Center, Hubbard Street Dance Center, ETA Creative Arts Foundation, Deeply Rooted Productions, Sammy Dyer, but credits most of her creative energy to Studio One Dance Theatre (formally known as Studio One Dance Conservatory).

Her training includes Hula, Ballet, Modern, Jazz, African, and her first love, tap. Mz. Chica as her students loves calling her travels all over teaching children who display a love for the ARTS of Dance. In 2001, she founded her dance company, Dance with me Productions which started as a summer intensive program and has now grown into a full year dance school. Today, the program still has a summer program but has also branded into other avenues. During the school year, Dance With Me Productions travels to different schools and day cares, in the Chicagoland area, offering a variety of dance styles of their preference.
